The personality of Pinot Noir and the delicacy of Chardonnay create the perfect balance delivering the typical freshness of a roses bouquet, enriched with the delicacy of spring sprouts and of rosy inflorescences of bramble. Very thin texture enhanced by its incredibly intense colouring.
Wine for all courses, perfect with any kind of food and well suited to pasta, flavoured meat, sliced meat and cheese. To be served at 6°/8°.
• Grape Variety: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot nero.
• Process: At least 30 months on the yeast, then 3 months rest in the cellar after disgorgement.
• Sales: At least 40 months after the grape harvest.
